Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Market Mexico.

Important note: If you plan on selling food, no cooking is allowed onsite and limited electricity will be available. All food vendors must also submit a Temporary Food Services permit that has been approved by Vancouver Coastal Health.

All vendors receive 2 x 6' table, 2 chairs, and access to handwashing and recycling stations. If you require more space, you can purchase multiple slots.  

The event starts at 11:30am and we ask that you be there before 10:30am to set up. 

Space for vendors is limited so we encourage you to book your space early. We reserve the right to refuse your application if it doesn't fit with the theme of the event. 

STEP 1: pay Vendor Fee

To register for the event you must purchase one ticket per stall: $250 + tax.

This includes a $100 deposit, which you will get back one week after the event provided you are in good standing.

After you have filled our the form, email it to temporaryevents@vch.ca.

Send your approved application to vendor@arrivalagency.com no later than August 15.
